All persons attending hearings must wear a mask at all times, including in courtrooms, courtrooms and mediation rooms, unless specifically excluded. The requirement to wear a mask applies to bailiffs, court staff, defence counsel, jurors and members of the public. Exceptions to wearing masks may apply in certain circumstances during negotiations and mediations. The application of these exemptions is decided by the judicial officer who presides over each hearing. Some court listings are not publicly posted due to legal or judicial requirements.
